Fun, fun, fun

I know, you think these are the Andrews Sisters. They're really Bob, Fred and Phil at a Mississippi Valley Fairgrounds Christmas Party after a rousing rendition of "Boogie Woogie Bugle Boys." We were awful -- but very inexpensive as talent goes and wildly popular with the crowd.

With Terry James and Brian DeNeve as the WOC News Hounds in October 2005. Sadly, Terry and Brian moved on to new dog pounds in 2006, and I left WOC in April 2009.
There’s a time to be serious and a time to have some FUN!
I think one needs a little of each in life. It’s called balance. I learned in college from one of my professors, Dr. Jim Hodges, that if you work all the time and never play, you’ll eventually break.
I don’t want to break! And in six decades I haven’t!

Santa's helper (me) in 1993 with a beloved co-worker, Therese, who sadly died a decade later of cancer.

With Terry James as the News Brothers at WOC in October 2004. It should come as no surprise that our photo was much better than our music.
